Golden Wedding, Yamoru's Tokyo Toshimaya Sake Brewery This sake was brewed exclusively for the TOSHIMAYA FESTA, which resumed after the Corona.
The sake rice seems to be a Toyama Prefecture variety called Oyamanishiki.
Although the alcohol content is high at 18 degrees, it is not harsh on the palate and has a rich umami flavor.
The aroma is not so much fruity as it is muscat or apple with a hint of malt.
The balance between the medium sweetness and soft acidity is exquisite.
The alcohol content is strong, so if you let the ease of drinking take care of you, drunkenness will hit you with a gusto later on.
