Aizu Musume Junmai purchased after hearing a recommendation for Fukushima sake + temperatures above room temperature.
It's insanely sweet even at room temperature! It's so sweet with a hint of rice.
But I thought it might be too sweet when heated up. I thought it might be too sweet when heated, but...
But that's not true! It's really tasty! I had just had a hot pot of rice with pork, so it went well with the sweetness of the fat from the pork!
