I think everyone is about to finish their work. (If you are busy during the New Year's holidays, thank you for your patience. Thank you very much.) It's been cold to the core these days, but I hope everyone is doing well. In times like these, let's sit in the kotatsu, have a hot pot, and drink some good sake. Well, nigori sake in winter. I can't stand it. It's probably the first time I've ever had it this tender. I bought it at the store because I was curious about it, but it's as thick as its name suggests. It is slow even when pouring. The name "kneaded" is not an exaggeration. I eat it. Mmm, it's nostalgic. But it's very easy to drink. It has a nice sweetness and a tingling sensation. It's delicious. It's more like sake... I can't find a good way to describe it. It has a moderate sweetness and a firm tartness. And the texture on the tongue is different from ordinary nigorizake. Oh, that's right, it's almost like drinking yogurt. (I'm sorry for my bad analogy.) What would you like to pair this with? Nabe (hot pot) is good too, chicken nabe sounds good. I've always been wary of nigori sake because I get drunk easily, but I just can't resist drinking it. I'm in trouble, but it's good. It's good, but I'm in trouble. So I had one more, and one more, and so on.
