Cold sake
Fragrance of L'Erueche. Aromatic and refreshing.
Drink. Fresh and dry. Deep and really, really pale! A sourness that doesn't seem to come out. The sweetness is hidden. Bitterness and richness that swells up gradually. It's delicious! When you swallow it, the bitterness and astringency that seems to be laid all over the bottom.

Powder sprinkled on Japanese sweets. Powdered red bean paste. Gentle like grandma.
Drink. Loosely! Loose, loose, and soft! You can feel the sweetness at the back, but the sourness and bitterness are at the front. You might mistake it for the fried bitter melon that goes with it. Pale! As you swallow, the astringency and strong bitterness are wonderful!

Almost, nothing. Slightly milky is the taste sense of mom
Drink. Loosely nourished. Straw type aroma and strong bitterness. Slightly thickened. Pale sweetness as you taste it. A sense of trinity. When you swallow it, the alcohol stands up! Encore!

A candle lit quietly in a kamakura.
Drink. Rice alcohol that sublimates the trinity of richness, baked straw, and bitterness. It is delicious. The sweetness is a little stronger. I want to chew it and drink it. Ecstasy through the nose! When you swallow, you feel satisfied! This is sake!
It's delicious. It is one of the top 3 sweet sake in Niigata. And joy, joy!
I will always buy Midorikawa sake again. And I'm happy to have a couple of bottles of Midorikawa lying around in my fridge that I haven't had yet!
