I visited Hasegawa Sake Shop in the basement of Tokyo Station for the first time the other day!
A lot of sake is displayed in a small space.
Rare sake, nostalgic sake
I was excited just by looking at them!
There are also many small bottles with retro labels!
I bought these two bottles that I liked.
We brought them to Sapporo to cool down and opened them at the hotel.
This is a collaboration between Imanishi Sake Brewery, which brews Mimuro Sugi, and Hasegawa Sake Brewery.
The taste is clear and sweet, just the way I like it!
While watching the Climax Series on TV, we scored an extra point for our favorite team!
It was a beautiful sake for the victory!
As I am in the year of the rabbit, I opened the bottle with the rabbit label.
The contents of the fox label was the same!

The label is designed in the motif of a "kanokotsu" knot used for good luck charms. This knot looks like a "mouth" when viewed from the front and a cross when viewed from the back, and together they form a "kanou" (a lucky charm). The sake inside is made by Imanishi Shuzo (Mimuro Sake Brewery) in Miwa, Nara Prefecture, the birthplace of Japanese sake. It is a great gift for a loved one or an offering to a shrine.
