I wanted to go to Ine! I was eager to go to Ine, so I went there during GW. I asked a sake shop that stocks all 12 sake breweries in Tango what kind of sake would go well with the delicious seafood in Ine, and they recommended Kyo-no-Haru's Blue Label (I named it 😅), which I successfully recommended and wrote down!
I went to Mukai Sake Brewery later, but they didn't sell it refrigerated, and I'm glad I bought it at the store as a result! I'm glad I bought it at the store after all!
It went well with the seafood from Ine! It is rich, but dry and sharp!
It is a good match for sashimi, etc., as it melts the moderate amount of fat in the fish 😆.
It is very good to drink alone as an accompaniment during a meal because it is so refreshingly dry. It is very good to drink by itself 😊.
