Hananomai富士誉 純米吟醸
31
ちーすけ
I opened the package because it was GW. This sake was made by the Hana-no-Mai Sake Brewery, which I had purchased when I visited my wife's parents' house. The rice, yeast, and water used for the sake are all from Shizuoka, and the sake is made from the original "Honorifuji" sake rice from Shizuoka. When opened, the sake has a subtle ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is not at all harsh, and the sake is umami, with a strong taste of rice flavor. It is a very tasty sake that is mellow, but not too much so, and can be drunk neatly. It is a very luxurious sake that you can feel the deliciousness of the rice, which is also produced in Shizuoka! I could enjoy Shizuoka to the fullest and it was very tasty. I paired it with bonito tataki. Thank you very much!
