Since we were in Utsunomiya, we decided to enjoy another glass of Tochigi's local sake âš.
When opened, the aroma is soft and sweet like pancakes.
The mouthfeel is drier than the previous Shikizakura, and the astringency is more of an astringent taste. It also has a sweetness that makes it taste like caramel.
It is refreshing, but the sweetness has a depth to it that makes it feel caramel-like and deliciousð.
I haven't been to Utsunomiya in a year. I enjoyed it to the fullest!
Hamamatsu Gyoza is good and light, but Utsunomiya Gyoza with a lot of flavor is also very good ð¥.

Good evening, stst!
This is a sake from the popular Nanamizu brewery (there is now a special distributor in Tohoku, but it sells out quickly).
I drank the DRY65 and it was quite dry, so maybe they tend to make it drier than expected.

Good evening, kab!
This is the first time for you to drink this wine, and I can see why it is so popular.
It is dry, but has a core of flavor and a crisp impressionð.
