It was my birthday month, which means it was a high-end sake consumption month, but I drank a lot of sake out, so I haven't lost many bottles 💦.
The last sake I'm going to drink this month is this sake that has only my favorite words lined up with it: unfiltered nama-genjo-junmai-ginjo Aizan, which I drank on a business trip to Kyoto at the beginning of June and thought it was delicious, which is too good to be a coincidence that this sake is from Masaruya's June hanpukai.
I told the manager of Masaruya that I was very happy 😆 very happy 😆.
It is sweet at first and the bitterness comes at the end. It's a draft sake, so it's surprisingly refreshing. Yes, this is what Aizan ❤️ sake tastes like, and I like it a lot! So I poured it into a glass and drank it in a big gulp.
I'll leave the rest to your imagination😅.
