I entered a restaurant called "Sake/wari-sen MINETO" near my house by myself for exploring bars.
I introduce the sake on the wall menu in the order of 1,600 yen for 90 minutes for all-you-can-drink (except for Nabe-sama)_‼️.
The first drink is a kafuda-shu, which I wanted to drink.
The aroma is fresh and clean. No gassy feeling. It is very clear and clean, with a freshness that reminds me of apples. Very tasty. I have to try other sake rice as well.
