<Sweet Al, hard, three times as hard.
Sake made by removing only the water from junmai sake through a special membrane.
The aroma is a gusto of alcohol! Sweetness!
The mouthfeel is thick and suddenly hit hard by the sweet alcohol. The sweetness explodes, and the bitterness is also present. This bitterness seems to be derived from alcohol.
At 30 degrees, it should be twice as much as regular sake. But both the sweetness and the alcohol taste are more than three times the normal level. Is it Shah, or just Zaku?
Especially the alcohol feeling stings more than whiskey over 40 degrees.
If you ask me if I like it, it's not a drink of that dimension. It was a crazy interesting experience, though.
To use a Ghibli analogy, it's King Vu from "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind". He is the king of Tolmekia, who appears only in the manga version. In other words, he is Kushana's father. He is not very beautiful in appearance, and what he is doing is very cruel, and he is a tyrant no matter how you look at it. But, when I thought he was a foolish king, I was surprised to see him play a big role in the last half of the story. What's more, what he says is strangely philosophical and deep.
Degree of liking: ★★★★
