Miraculously, we were able to buy it! Denshu.
I'd been watching the liquor store for information on what was in stock, but I couldn't get there, and after a few days I thought to myself that it was probably gone.
So I just took the Akatake I drank last time to the liquor store cashier, and the lady said "We have some Tasake, would you like some? I'm sorry if I sound like a pushy salesman, but if you don't mind.
Of course I would buy it. It's always sold out immediately, but I didn't know this was possible.
The rice is 100% Hanamuki.
There is no doubt about the taste, but when you drink it, the balance of the sweetness in your mouth, the deliciousness of the rice, and the understated astringency that comes slowly in the aftertaste is the best, and it is a delicious sake that you will never get tired of drinking.
By the way, I drank some yesterday, but I couldn't taste it at all because of my hay fever, and it was indeed a waste, so I stopped immediately.
