It's exciting!
It still has the same deep flavor and makes you want to keep drinking it.
It does not taste like grain, but it has a rich umami as if you are tasting the rice itself.
When chilled, it comes on strong and sharp, but as it gets closer to room temperature, it gradually expands and slowly fades away.
Perhaps a different expression can be seen as the day goes by.
It was a delicious sake that fully satisfied my excitement❣️.
