When I was in Yamaguchi on a business trip, I decided to buy some sake I hadn't had,
I brought back a monkey (the picture of the monkey is cute).
It's a little sweet,
But the sweetness is not fresh or fruity.
Is it the sweetness of the rice?
I can also taste a slight sourness.
Overall, it is refreshing and easy to drink ๐.
It seems to be made from a fantastic type of rice called "Koriyanto" ๐ง. It is said to be made from a mysterious rice called "Guriyanto" ๐ง.
I still have a lot to explore about Yamaguchi sake!
(I'm just going to drink it though ๐)
