I met another fall sake✨.
And it's Hirotogawa, which was hard to meet. It's refreshingly sweet and anyway, the clarity is 🌊 exquisite (very good!).
The finish is like it is made with very clean water.
It's the fragility of the lingering beauty that softly fades away 😢.
I highly recommend this as a food sake that contains just the right amount of presence!
