Refreshing. Sweet but refreshing. It may go well with unfiltered unpasteurized sake and dried ishiru of Fukui. I don't think it goes well with vinegar of the ceri personally. What a cacophony! Cheese is also different Dried firefly squid of Fukui goes well with it.
