This sake was created in collaboration with 29ON, a members-only restaurant specializing in pairing low-temperature-cooked meat and sake, and is the perfect sake for meat.
Tsuchida uses rice from Gunma Prefecture for its rice. The concept is to bring out the flavor of the rice by using as little of that rice as possible (most sakes have a rice polishing ratio of 90%).
