My favorite Abe-chan's THE SAZANAMI
It seems to be a new sake for the year when the rice is easy to dissolve.
It's a sake that requires caution when opening the bottle, so open it gently and start with the top clear!
Top fineness
Nose: Mild yogurt aroma
Taste: Muscat yoghurt. Bitterness, sourness and sweetness from the slight fizz.
I didn't notice any bubbles on the top of the bottle.
After mixing
There is a small puff at the moment of uncorking.
Nose: Strong yogurt and woody acidity.
Taste: The sweetness, sourness, and body are thicker than in the clarified version. Is the rice malt feeling stronger?
Aftertaste: A little bitterness from the sourness.
It's on the dark side, but even I can enjoy it.
Sweet and sour, a good bottle!
