We got this sake at the Maruishi Brewery's Futaba sales event. It is a lightly nigori version of my favorite sake, Banzai Nanju ️I was so excited because it is a very rare sake 🤣I'm glad there is a sake brewery near me 🍀
The taste has a grainy feel that is unique to Banzai Nanajyu, and the sweetness of the ori adds to the depth of the flavor. The sweetness of the ori and the sourness are perfect and it's so delicious 😆 The gasiness is strong and even after letting it sit for a week or so, the gas is still very much alive 😊The sale was only for 4-gallon bottles but I hope they sell it in 1-gallon bottles too 😂.
