At Tajima Choginjo Festival
Dewazakura was the highlight of the sake competition among the sake from various breweries.
Its elegant yet rich sweetness is a model of a gold medal-winning sake!
At events like this, I tend to go for expensive sake, sake that is not for sale, and sake that has won a gold medal,
But it was also fun to compare different types of sake from the same brewery, such as different rice varieties and polishes, and the difference between aruzome and junmai (pure rice) sake.
I was having so much fun that I drank for two hours straight, and I still don't remember the last half of the event!
The picture tells me that we had ramen afterwards...
