This is a ginjo sake that is matured in the natural snow for three months and then released from the snow in the hot summer.
A pleasant fruit aroma when you open the bottle☺️.
It is easy to drink, with a fruity taste like white wine, clear and clear in the mouth.
The label on the back says "Chilled", "Room temperature" and "Lukewarm".
