Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate is brewed by Yohei Hamamura, the 7th generation brewer, with local "Nakate Shin Senbon" from Hiroshima Prefecture and our own yeast KB-1.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma, a smooth mouthfeel, and a fresh, rounded flavor of rice that spreads in the mouth. It has a good balance of acidity and sweetness.
A product typical of Hiroshima.
Ingredients : rice, rice malt
Sake strength: 16-17%.
