I looked at Yamazakiya in Eifukucho again, but they didn't have Genmai, so I bought the one I had been interested in for a while.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was sweet like a peach, but it was not a gorgeous aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you feel a strong sweetness and sourness, followed by a strong bitterness, and then it finishes quickly.
Overall, it has a strong richness, but the border between bitterness and richness is not clear.
It is perfectly fine as a food sake.
It is delicious, but the bitterness is not to my taste.
I would like to try Omachi.
