If you drink it cold, it's like pineapple squash. Even though it's supposed to be fire-roasted, it's still very refreshing. It should be delicious even when warmed.
At the end of the sake, it finishes with a hint of bitterness. My personal evaluation is that it is a perfect Kinjaku. You can drink it by itself without limit, but you can also enjoy it with most of the autumn tastes.
It is difficult to obtain, but I hope many people will try it.
