The origin of "Rikishi" is found in a passage of "Yangyang Poem" by Li Bai: "舒州杓 力士鐺 Li Bai與爾同死生". "舒州杓" refers to a ladle made in "舒州", a place famous for sake cups, and "力士の燗鍋" refers to a heating pot made by a famous porcelain potter, Rikishi, and was named after this potter. He was not a sumo wrestler. The initial aroma is of pomegranates and prunes. The mouthfeel is spicy but sweet. It has a rather strong flavor. It is hard to drink it in large gulps. It is not a cloudy liquor, just because the light source is bad, and it is not this color. This is the 576th one-cup, one-pack festival.
