Next is "K Katsuragawa" which I often drink as a summer sake or something!
This is the first time I've had a regular jungin type 👍.
The aroma is soft and almost like a western pastry.
The mouthfeel is moist and immediately afterwards the rice flavor is clear and delicious. Perhaps it is because it is a jungin type, but the full flavor of the rice can be felt more clearly than anything I have ever had before.
It is truly mellow. When tasting it, the flavor is somehow reminiscent of yaki-sale or gyoza dumpling skin!
