Today we had grilled nodoguro fish. I chose nigori sake to match the side dishes. It was delicious with a strong rice flavor. This sake was purchased at Ichinokura's direct sales store.
Asakan Sake Brewery was established in 1919. It was the first time I saw this brewery. It did not appear on this app. I was surprised that there are still breweries in my hometown that I don't know about.
