Purchased at Kato Sake Shop in Hachinohe City.
The aroma is fruity, like pineapple. When you put it in your mouth, the sourness spreads in your mouth, and then a pleasant bitterness remains. We thought it would be a sweet sake, but it's a solid sake that is surprisingly satisfying to drink. It seems to go well with saké.
It was delicious.
