I am staying in Okinawa for pollen evacuation.
I found this at an Okinawan restaurant I come to every time.
The explanation was that it was a sake made with Awamori.
I thought it was the first Okinawan sake after "Reimei," but it was a collaboration with a sake brewery in Fukui Prefecture.
Yachimun's tableware and very beautiful restaurant.
