It is really a super sake. Nobukoshi is a variety created by Nagano Prefecture through crossbreeding. Recently, Nobukoshi Sake No. 557 debuted as Yumemi Nishiki, while Nobukoshi No. 190 was improved by Akita Prefecture in 1963, more than 60 years ago, as a brother to Miyamanishiki and Takananishiki. It is a collaboration between Nagano and Akita.
It seems to be descended from Kame-no-o, and may be a perfect match for Yamagata.
It has a gorgeous aroma and a refreshing taste. It is so light that it is hard to believe that it is 17% alcohol. It is super!
