Maybe it was the rice (Aizan) or the rice polishing ratio (90), but I thought it was quite a distinctive sake with a taste I had never had before!
As I am still a beginner, I could only taste the difference between fruity, sweet, and dry sake, but this was the first sake that made me realize that there are so many different tastes in sake.
It wasn't something I wanted to drink a lot of, but I got the impression that it wasn't a complete failure.
