It is called "bakudan" and has a sake rating of +22, but because of the strong sourness and umami at the beginning, it feels dry but not as dry as the number (it is easier to drink than the number). It's not very light, but it's relatively easy to recommend to those who like dry sake and Yamahai brewing. However, beginners and those who are not used to dry sake may find it difficult to drink it.
