The "Yuki-Onna" as it used to be called.
The gasiness is so great that when you flip the aluminum over, the lid pops off.
The lees are literally like snow!
Slightly sweet and strongly carbonated when drunk without the lees.
When the lees are mixed in, the sweetness is reduced a little, and the sake-like taste comes out.
Personally, I prefer it after mixing the lees.
There is almost no alcohol taste peculiar to nigori sake, and it is very easy to drink.
It is one of the best sake I have had this year!
