Not Mitsui Hisashi, but Mitsui no Kotobuki (Kotobuki of Mitsui) Omachi.
It has a hard-edged, old sake-like or hard, sweet but not fruity.
It seems to go well with Japanese food in general.
I always thought it was Mitsuino Hisashi...
