Today we have Hayashi, a famous sake from Toyama.
I bought this one because there was a four-pack bottle available.
The aroma is gorgeous and almost melon-like. It has a slight effervescence in the mouth. It has a moderate sweetness and sourness, but it is followed by a slightly stronger bitterness and spiciness. There is a moderate sense of alcohol.
The overall impression is of a well-balanced dry sake.
It is somewhere between modern and classic.
And Ihyakumangoku from Toyama is still excellent.
According to the manager of the sake shop, the four-part bottles will be available only this year so far. The brewery is small, so it is difficult to make a four-pack because it takes a lot of time and effort. If it is well received, they will think about it again.
I hope they will continue to use Yongbottle because it is very convenient ☺️.
