Isshaku-Mizusei Sasanigori Special Junmai

Entry: Aroma of rice, soft and smooth.
In the mouth: First, the tongue feels a slight gas, then a thin sweetness and a strong taste of rice.
Aftertaste: After the sweetness comes out softly, the bitterness remains on the tongue and throat.
The mellowness of the origarami and the bitterness are impressive. The bitter taste is not my favorite, but if you don't take it into your mouth too much, it won't stand out that much.
