Eiko Fuji's very limited edition sake that only ships one day a year 🍶The innovative bottle that doesn't look like sake and the name Hyper Nova make it very special 😄.
They use a new variety of rice from Yamagata prefecture called "Setsuwakamaru", which might be the first sake that uses this rice 😉.
The ginjo aroma reminds me of a gorgeous lychee, the mouthfeel has a fresh and piquant feel, and the sweet and tasty but balanced with just the right amount of bitterness, it cuts cleanly through the back palate and is a food sake that I never tire of drinking 😋.
