Day 2 is better that day 1. And best served when chill than room temperature.
Day 1: the aroma is light, butter-like when chill and alcoholic when the temperature rises. Have a balanced taste of sweetness and sourness, like pineapple, but the after-taste is a bit rough.
Day 2: similar to day 1, but in general it become smoother and more easy-drinking. It goes really well with seafood and sashimi.
