A high pitched pop when the bottle is opened. When pouring it into a vessel, it makes a nice tok-tok sound. Is this sound caused by the shape of the bottle?
When you take a sip, it has a sweet, fresh taste with a tangy, gaseous sensation that is typical of nama sake.
Even sake is nouveau because a new local sake is released in November. I hope it becomes as well recognized as wine☆.
