Yamahai Junmai, clean taste and fresh aroma. To be honest, I am not a fan of fruity sake, but sake that tastes good and smells fresh and azure is delicious just by putting it in your mouth.
I bought this sake at a GW event, but it is not easy to find in Osaka. When I drank it in the past, it was a junmai genmai sake, a sake that exploded with the flavor of rice, but I didn't know there was also a sake that could be drunk refreshingly. I am glad to hear that. It is a brand I would like to pursue.
