ぐっちー参謀
Purchased at Nishikiya Sake Shop (Niigata City) during a trip to Niigata
The first sip after taking it out of the fridge has a sourness that is similar to that of sake, but it flows down the throat smoothly and refreshingly without the tanginess that is characteristic of dry sake.
When the temperature rises a little after being out of the fridge for a while, the acidity rounds out and it becomes more drinkable.
A good sake suitable for everyday drinking.
