I bought it before as a Tokushima souvenir. When I think of Tokushima, I think of "Naruto sea bream," but when I went there, there were so many different kinds of sea bream that it was hard to keep my eyes open ✨. That is also the charm of sake. When opened and poured, it has a fruity and fresh aroma like green apples 🍏. As the name "Tensui" suggests, it goes down smoothly on the palate like water, but as you taste it, the umami and sweetness of the rice gradually develop. The flavor of the rice and the sweetness of the rice gradually expand as you savor the taste. However, a tangy, pungent taste also emerges on the back of the wine to tighten up the palate, and the lingering taste quickly fades away, making the wine easy to drink. Tensui" is a word used in Tokushima to describe a person who loves Awaodori dancing! This "Awa Tensui" was also a cup that evokes the splendor of the Awa Odori dance.
