The calendar says that winter is ending, and it is still cold, but this is the last snowball.
It had been laid down for more than 3 months since we bought it, but it still has the bubbly and silky feeling, and the deep flavor and umami that only a sake made from the original sake brewing process can have.
After all, this year's Snowball is even better than last year's.
I won't go into the details of the flavor, but I have high expectations for next year and beyond.
