I drink TEHAJIME in cold water. The concept of this sake is that we want people who are new to sake to drink it. This is the concept of this sake. Sweet! And a citrusy aroma. Tastes like juice with almost no booze. I would describe it as "kawaii taste. Certainly good for beginners who only know the taste of bad sake from chain restaurants. But it's not enough for me...
