Thank you for having us! Thank you "Tsuki no Ichi Shibori Barrel Sake
It has been a little over a year since Mr. Ishikawa joined Tsuki no I Shuzo from Takekizuru Shuzo in Hiroshima. Personally, I like their sake as much as Morishima Sake Brewery in Ibaraki. It is a seasonal sake that is made from the first pressing of the year's newest sake.
The barrel sake has a soft woody aroma, a firm, thick flavor with a pleasantly moderate acidity, and a sharp sharp finish.
It is good cold, but could also be served hot. This barrel sake from Tsukii Shuzo is a perfect accompaniment to an anglerfish hot pot, which will be out of season in a little while.
We enjoyed this sake brewed with subsoil water from the Naka River system.
