Sake I bought on a business trip to Kagawa
This is the first time to drink "Kaijin" at home.
It is a junmai unfiltered raw sake made from a local rice called "Oceto".

It has a mellow rice flavor, sweetness, and a bit of spiciness that comes and disappears quickly and clearly.
After swallowing, the nose is full of rice flavor.
Ahhh, it is delicious.
It's been a while since I've had a strong sake taste...
It's delicious in its own way. Today, we had "stewed rice cake", "burdock root", and "grilled chicken".
It's perfect for today's sake!
