It's been a while since I've had a Shida Cidre!
I got it as a souvenir from my office.
I can't get over how fizzy it is!
Dry, effervescent and very easy to drink*!
When the lees are involved, it becomes gentle with a sweetness that has a ricey feel.
I had a hard time opening the bottle before, but this time it only takes about 10 seconds to open the bottle, so it's a bit of a letdown!
300 cc can be manaized quickly*.
