カープ君Shinomine by Nara's Chiyo Shuzo is well known, but this Kushira is brewed only with Yamadanishiki, which is grown in-house without pesticides. 80% polished rice gives it a slightly dry taste with plenty of rice flavor, and while Shinomine is delicious, this sake has a different taste.
