Strong, 45% polished rice sake (but is this a Junmai Daiginjo?).
The aroma is rice-like, like Benten Musume. The mouthfeel is tangy, with no viscosity. On the tip of the tongue, there is not much taste, just a tangy sensation, but when it reaches the mid-palate, the umami comes out quickly and disappears as it passes down the throat. It is full of wildness, but it is an excellent sake.
