Zarusohorai純米吟醸 Queen 槽場直詰 生原酒
Savanna
Kanagawa sake.
When I hear the word Kanagawa, I first think of Slam Dunk. I am of that generation. (Whatever)
A little sweet, like a white wine from Germany.
Sweet and sour, with a berry-like fruitiness. The acidity becomes stronger in the second half and lingers until the end.
It is relatively refreshing, and although it is sweet, it can be enjoyed with food.
Perhaps it is because it is a low-alcohol wine, but there is almost no bitterness or alcohol taste. This may be the difference between likes and dislikes.
As a person who drinks from noon on the middle day of a consecutive holiday, it is very comfortable.
This is a modern style bottle that is recommended for beginners.
